Enspire for Enterprise is a digital marketing agency that provides digital marketing solutions to franchise, multilocation and enterprise businesses. We offer a full suite of digital marketing solutions and apply them based upon the unique needs of our clients. Our approach, combined with our business intelligence platform, ultimately allows our clients to unify, scale, and optimize their local and national marketing strategies.

The Position:
Our Digital Advertising Analyst combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to drive exceptional performance for PPC, Display, and Social Advertising campaigns across a diverse range of industries and business sizes. This role demands a strong ability to analyze data, identify actionable insights, and implement optimizations to meet and exceed marketing objectives. Equally important are excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and effective performance reporting and strategy discussions with stakeholders of varying expertise levels. Essential duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute and Optimize Paid Media Campaigns: Manage all aspects of PPC, Display, and Social Advertising campaign setup and ongoing optimization, including keyword research, campaign creation, targeting strategies, account setup, and detailed performance analysis across platforms.
• Identify and Resolve Performance Issues: Proactively research and address performance gaps, account setup challenges, and optimization opportunities to ensure consistent delivery of strong outcomes across PPC, Display, and Social Advertising campaigns.
• Refine and Scale Campaign Strategies: Continuously optimize and expand our advanced product suite to design and deliver consistent, scalable campaigns across multiple advertising channels, ensuring exceptional performance for a diverse client portfolio.
• Collaborate on Insights and Reporting: Partner with internal stakeholders to generate actionable insights, delivering both account-level performance improvements and strategic relationship-building insights for PPC, Display, and Social Advertising efforts.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest innovations, trends, and best practices in PPC, Display, and Social Advertising to drive continuous improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.

Job Qualifications/Experience Required:

• 1 or more years of experience in Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Google Advertising Professional (basic and advanced) is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills: formula creation, pivot tables, graphing/charts.
• Organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and move to the next task.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to drive consistently high-quality work under tight timeframes.
• Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
