Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and D2C brands.
- Proven track record of scaling brands, improving ROAS, and reducing CAC.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and performance dashboards.
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring marketing teams.
- Must be based in Lahore and open to in-person meetings or collaborations as needed.
- Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Lead the email marketing strategy, including automation, segmentation, and performance optimization (using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
- Oversee the brands social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations and detailed reports.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and performance marketers to maintain cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals (if required).
