We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute online marketing campaigns, optimize digital outreach strategies, and support email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital advertising, marketing automation, and performance analytics, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Support email marketing initiatives by setting up, launching, and monitoring email campaigns in Salesforce.
- Conduct A/B testing for emails, ad creatives, landing pages, and subject lines to improve engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage website content updates, SEO optimization, and landing page creation to enhance user experience and search visibility.
- Track and update campaign performance reports in JIRA or other project management tools.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices, maintaining updated opt-in lists and unsubscribe requests.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, automation tools, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
