We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing strategies and tools. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and effective digital marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Develop engaging and relevant content for social media and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking for all digital marketing campaigns to measure the effectiveness and ROI.
- Set up and optimize tracking pixels, goals, and events in tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize email, landing pages, and ad campaigns.
- Use marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
- Perform detailed competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
- Create and manage budgets for various digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and acquire brand mentions and links from big websites.
- Integrate and utilize the latest AI tools for automation and efficiency of repetitive tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SemRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEM campaigns.
- Excellent social media content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- A creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Experience in market research and developing buyer personas.
- Knowledge of advanced email marketing techniques and tools.
- Skills in creating detailed and effective digital marketing plans.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Apollo).
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
