Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help support overall marketing strategy and operations at SolutionInn. You will anticipate and analyze the conversion funnel performance. You will be creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels. You will partner with the marketing, product, and technical development teams to guide key decisions based on your analyses and insights. You will work with data, analyzing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimize a PPC campaign. You will present recommendations for effective user acquisition/retention to key marketing and other stakeholders. Working with other team members, you will balance multiple analytics efforts with leveraging innovative problem-solving methods to deliver key insights that drive new user growth, longer retention and better student experience.
- Plan, create, and execute a diverse range of PPC campaigns across different digital channels.
- Monitor and optimize existing PPC campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
- Develop and implement social media strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness and uplift brand equity.
- Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Devise social media marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
- Provide creative input for advertising templates and content to drive engagement.
- Analyze and produce comprehensive reports on campaign performance, drawing actionable insights for improvement.
- Regularly update website content, marketing materials, ads, social media, and emails to maintain relevance and alignment with marketing strategy.
- Implement, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with senior team members from various departments to generate valuable marketing and branding strategies.
- Identify potential revenue opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
- Establish key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand image to attract customers to our products and services.
- Proficiency in PPC marketing and understanding its integration into broader digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with data analytics in B2C enterprises and a data-driven environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Webmaster is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize campaigns.
- Social media handling experience with a keen understanding of various platforms and their audiences.
- Ability to stay updated on social media trends, tools, and applications for continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Management Sciences field required.
- At least 2 years of similar work experience is required.
- Google AdWords Certified will be preferred.
