About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Valus, you will play a key role in driving growth for Valus, its AI-powered products, and our clients through full-stack digital marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution across all digital channels from SEO/SEM to social media, email marketing, paid ads, and content strategy.

Youll manage end-to-end digital campaigns, promote Valuss products and AI solutions in the market, analyze performance data, and optimize for ROI. T This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working across multiple brands, experimenting with new approaches, and shaping the future of digital and AI marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, Email, Content) for Valus, its AI products, and client brands.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on ROI, lead generation, and product awareness.
  • Develop and publish engaging content across digital platforms to promote Valuss solutions and client success stories.
  • Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and reporting.
  • Build and run automated email campaigns and customer engagement workflows.
  • Manage and grow social media presence for Valus products and client brands, ensuring consistent voice and measurable impact.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to align creative and technical aspects of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and AI-driven marketing.

  • Growth in adoption, visibility, and lead generation for Valuss AI-powered products.
  • Improved ROI and performance across client campaigns.
  • Measurable increase in organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Engagement and reach growth across Valuss and clients social/digital channels.
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand digital marketing initiatives.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 45 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in both B2B and B2C settings.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills for brand storytelling and product marketing.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across tech products and diverse client industries.
  • Background in retail, loyalty, SaaS, or AI-powered solutions is a plus.
