Digital Marketing Specialist

Thokmandee.com is a fast-growing multi vendor wholesale marketplace, and we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and a passion for driving growth through innovative online strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

●   Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital media channels.

●   Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic to Thokmandee’s marketplace and improve brand visibility.

●   Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.

●   Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.

●   Ensure consistent branding across all online channels, including website, blogs, email, and social media.

●   Manage and optimize campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and leads

●   Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and ads tailored to each platform.

●  Develop and manage newsletters, product promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

●   Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tracking platforms.

●   Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve campaign performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and operations to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

●   Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new tools, and digital marketing best practices to implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●    2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.

●    Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.

●    Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●    Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience working in the e-commerce b2b industry.

●    Knowledge of basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, will be a plus.

●    Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
