As a Digital Sales VA (internally, E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist), you are the revenue hero. You'll be the crucial link that turns near-misses into massive wins for our partner brands. You will communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- The Hunt: Become an expert in Abandoned Cart Recovery, reaching out to potential buyers at the critical moment to close the sale.
- The Conversion: Use your persuasive communication mastery to provide tailored recommendations that guide customers from browsing to purchasing—increasing Average Order Value (AOV).
- The Impact: Act as a strategic partner, delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting minor issues efficiently to ensure a seamless, friction-free transaction.
- The Strategy: Collaborate with a high-performing team to refine outreach campaigns that maximize sales and drive continuous growth.

- 1+ Year of Proven Remote/Online Sales Experience: You already know how to close a deal and drive revenue without supervision.
- 1+ Year of Customer Support Experience: Comfort and skill in engaging customers via email, chat, or phone (E-commerce experience is a massive advantage).
- Conversion Mindset: You possess elite communication skills and a natural, undeniable ability to convert leads and persuade customers.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement software.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
- A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
