Your ‘day to day’

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals. Manage the lifecycle of multiple systems and platforms to maintain competitiveness, scalability, and customer focus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance platform functionality. Drive growth to achieve targeted scale, ensuring sustainable development and market competitiveness.
  • Maintain and update the UI/UX of the webapp with content revisions in collaboration with Category Team, and Global DTE Lead Trade Communication Team. Localize and trans-create Global Toolboxes i.e YAP with the local agency and deploy on the webapp (banners, modules, widgets, menu-bar). Leverage customer management system to train, educate, and register retailer concerns.
  • Draft and localize marketing cloud content to personalize retailer journeys and work with salesforce team to automate recurring reminders by configuring automation journey. Work on Global PPM budgets for MC journeys in collaboration with finance. Collaborate on need basis with MC team in Turkey.
  • Work with local and global IT, product team, Accenture consultants on Digital deployments (WalkMe, Simplified Log-in, dashboard automation GA4 Migration etc.) Create business cases and acquaint with deployment processes on the backend with iFrame Integration and localize the processes with local market’s agency. Work with procurement team for onboarding new agencies, actively managing pitches, and providing technical scoring and onboarding the agency while managing the budget. Align the expectation and deployment timelines with the region. Work closely with IT specialists and the development team to determine the technical requirements and ensure that the desired functions are supported by backend systems.
  • Deployment of GTM & GA4 migration in collaboration with IT, DTE enablement team, support team, and Accenture consultants. GA4 Migration and script changes, tracking data discrepancies on Google Analytics. Track Active Rate, Task Response Rate, DTE Scale, Task Success, Logins Data, Time Spent on Page, User Heatmap & Behavior via analytics studio. Share the weighted average KPI monthly with the backend team by extracting secondary volume against DTE PoS volume.
  • Initiate & manage regional alignments (market connects, awareness sessions, knowledge transfers, DTE enablement team).Look after all proposals/contracts/POs/taxation concerns and work with legal, procurement, finance, taxes, & RnC. Align and take ownership of internal DTE budget. Share accruals every month with Finance+ Create and track Pos and invoices for all vendors. Track YTD budget consumption. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards across all digital platforms.

Who we’re looking for?

  • Bachelor's Minimum - BS Management / Business , Master is a Plus
  • 3+ years in Business or Strategic Planning, Information Systems Management, sales and key account experice is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect digital capabilities to organizational goals
  • Deep understanding of salesforce and digital communication platforms
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional team-building abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
