• Secondary passed or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Awareness of traffic rules

Job description

• Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary and Inform Admin for the repair and maintenance requirement of vehicle
• Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
• Fueling the vehicles
• Ensure that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
• Prepare accident and incident reports as necessary
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records (logbook) on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management
• Look after vehicles in pool, drivers, maintenance, cleanliness, in and out vehicles logbook etc.
• Perform any other duties as advised by the line Supervisor and AiD Management
