We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative eBook Publisher to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formatting, designing, and publishing high-quality eBooks across multiple digital platforms. This role requires expertise in digital publishing tools, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to ensure polished and professional final products that enhance our brand presence.

• ⁠Format, design, and publish eBooks for digital platforms (PDF, EPUB, MOBI, Kindle Direct Publishing).
• Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure eBooks are well-structured and publication-ready.
• Work closely with designers to integrate visuals, graphics, and layouts aligned with brand standards.
• ⁠Optimize eBooks for readability, accessibility, and compatibility across various devices.
• ⁠Manage metadata, ISBNs, and digital rights for eBook distribution.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure eBooks are free of formatting or technical errors.
• ⁠Upload and distribute eBooks on multiple platforms (Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play, etc.).
• Monitor eBook performance and assist in implementing marketing strategies to boost readership.
• ⁠Stay updated with publishing trends, digital tools, and platform requirements.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital publishing, eBook production, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of eBook publishing formats (EPUB, MOBI, PDF) and tools (Adobe InDesign, Calibre, Sigil, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms (Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Google Play Books, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail with strong editing and formatting skills.
• ⁠Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (writers, designers, marketers).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
