Role Description

This is an internship role for an Ecommerce Store Assistant at NexComfort. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, orders packing & management, return management and social media accounts management. This is an on-site role located in Harbanspura Lahore.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Retail Sales and Organization Skills
• Training skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms like Shopify & WooCommerce
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in a retail or customer service setting is a plus
• Social Media & SEO knowledge is a plug
