Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized counselling to students seeking higher education opportunities in Australia.
- Guide students on program selection, eligibility criteria, and university options.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing admission applications and supporting documents.
- Maintain strong communication with students and parents throughout the counseling process.
- Stay updated on Australian education systems, visa policies, and university requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the overseas education industry.
- Strong understanding of the Australian education system and student visa process.
- Bachelor's degree (master's preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple student profiles efficiently.
