Role Overview

The Education Counselor will be responsible for processing applications, securing offer letters, and assisting students throughout the admission journey, including visa application and pre-departure preparation. Progressing in their role further , they will be enagaging in lead generation, marketing strategies, and student qualification to ensure a seamless admission process. They will also supervise Admission Officers, oversee the student enrollment journey, and enhance outreach through collaboration with marketing and social media teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for education, marketing, and student engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process student documents for admission.
  • Assist in SOP writing and any other application-related requirements.
  • Liaise with universities to secure offer letters.
  • Prepare students for CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies).
  • Conduct mock interviews and train students for visa interviews.
  • Guide students through the visa application process.
  • Provide end-to-end support to students until they arrive in the UK.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen marketing efforts and explore new lead generation avenues.
  • Optimize content marketing across multiple platforms to attract potential students.
  • Actively engage with company social media posts to boost interaction and visibility.
  • Integrate social media platforms with Edulytic for efficient lead tracking and management.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on their needs and readiness for admission.
  • Collect necessary documents from prospective students for application processing.
  • Provide initial guidance and counseling before directing students to Admission Officers.
  • Allocate qualified leads to the respective Admission Officers for further follow-up.
  • Oversee the admission process to ensure a smooth experience for students.
  • Supervise a team of Admission Officers, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor admission trends and optimize strategies accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales , preferably in the Study Abroad Industry.
  • Strong understanding of student counseling and admission processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing trends and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Proficiency in social media management and CRM tools.
