Naxape, is hiring an Insurance Eligibility Verification Specialist to support our operations. This role ensures timely and accurate insurance verification to streamline billing and service workflows in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for patients or clients.
- Communicate with insurance providers via phone, email, or portals.
- Maintain and update accurate verification records.
- Resolve coverage discrepancies before service delivery or claim submission.
- Collaborate with billing, intake, and service teams to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and internal protocols.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology (PPO, HMO, deductible, copay, etc.).
- Previous experience in eligibility verification, medical billing, or RCM is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry systems.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
