Zdigitizing LLC is a globally recognized provider of embroidery digitizing and vector art services. As we expand our marketing team, we are seeking a Brevo (Sendinblue) Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversions across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, design, and execute impactful email marketing campaigns using Brevo (Sendinblue)

* Build and manage automated workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, reactivation, etc.)

* Write engaging and conversion-driven content, including subject lines and CTAs

* Segment contact lists based on customer activity, purchase behavior, and demographics

* Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-throughs, and overall conversions

* Analyze and report campaign performance through Brevo analytics and KPIs

* Maintain an organized email campaign calendar for timely launches

* Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

* Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency

* Suggest innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates

* Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management

Experience & Skills Required

* 1–2 years of proven experience in email marketing and automation

* Hands-on expertise in Brevo (Sendinblue) or similar tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)

* Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation flows, and performance tracking

* Experience in creating conversion-focused campaigns and nurturing funnels

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize accordingly

* Excellent written communication skills

System, Timing & Contractual Requirements

* Laptop with minimum Core i5 and Windows 10

* 3–5 hours battery backup

* Proper workstation setup

* 8 hours of fixed duty per day

* Must not be engaged in any third-party job or freelancing

* Willing to sign a 1–2 year contract agreement
