What You'll Be Doing
- Design engaging, high-converting email creatives for campaigns, automations, and newsletters across Klaviyo and other email platforms.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and growth strategists to align visual elements with brand voice and messaging goals.
- Create mobile-responsive designs that balance visual appeal with functionality and performance.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives—designing and iterating on templates that improve open and click-through rates.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all email assets while exploring new visual directions that support experimentation.
- 1+ year of experience designing email campaigns or templates (agency or eCommerce brand experience is a big plus).
- A portfolio showcasing email designs—bonus if it includes campaigns with high engagement or performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with Klaviyo or other major ESPs.
- Strong understanding of design for conversion—layout hierarchy, visual flow, and user experience within an email format.
- Detail-oriented, feedback-friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Reliable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet (minimum 15 Mbps, for both upload and download speeds).
- Own laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor or its equivalent.
