Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns, optimize performance through A/B testing, and maintain campaign data within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Salesforce accounts for new users or clients.
• Upload and map campaign data at the beginning of each month.
• Configure and launch monthly marketing campaigns through Salesforce.
• Conduct A/B testing on templates, domains, sender IDs, and subject lines to improve engagement.
• Execute and monitor daily email campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Track email performance metrics, including delivery rates, engagement, and lead generation.
• Maintain and update unsubscribe requests in Salesforce.
• Monitor webmail inboxes to ensure emails are forwarded correctly for nurturing.
• Identify and flag positive responses for the sales team to follow up.
• Log campaign activities and updates in JIRA or other project management tools.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of email campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Experience in lead nurturing and email deliverability best practices.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
