Email Marketing Manager

Job Brief

Location: Johar town , G4

Employment Type: Full time (Onsite)

Timings: 12pm-9pm

Responsibilities

Coordinate the monthly email newsletter process, including content collection, copy refinement, formatting, QA, and scheduling.

Prepare outbound campaign emails based on briefs and content provided by the marketing team or other stakeholders.

Build emails and manage campaigns in our CRM/email platform (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

Maintain and organize mailing lists, ensuring proper segmentation and personalization as needed.

Perform quality checks across devices and email clients to ensure formatting, links, and tracking are correct.

Track and report on campaign performance (opens, clicks, etc.), sharing results with the team to inform improvements

Maintain an archive of campaign assets and manage the campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

4 years of experience in email marketing or digital campaign coordination.

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.

Strong writing/editing skills and comfort working with templated email formats.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting (a plus).
