Email Marketing Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, FORMULATRIX is a fast growing, and strongly profitable company. We supply robotic automation and software solutions to the life sciences industry. Our business is international in scope with offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

FORMULATRIX is looking to hire an Email Marketing Specialist to increase our marketing capabilities to help drive sales for our product lines. This is an excellent opportunity to directly participate in market development within the life science industry and to experience a wide range of research applications and strategic content creation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, and promote products and events.
2. Promote webinars through email campaigns by crafting engaging invitations to maximize attendance and engagement.
3. Design and write email template content, including newsletters, product promotions, and announcements that align with the brand's voice.
4. Segment email lists to deliver targeted messages based on demographics.
5. Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rate) and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
6. Conduct A/B testing to improve email subject lines, content, and layouts for better engagement.
7. Help the research associates find relevant prospects from the industry.
8. Ensure email campaigns comply with privacy laws, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2. Life Science marketing experience (1 - 2 years) is a plus.
3. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier is a plus.
4. Expertise using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
5. Strong written communication skills.
6. Ability to analyze and visualize data and report performance metrics to translate insights into actionable strategies.
7. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution across all tasks.
