Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced "Employee Engagement Specialist" to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, employee satisfaction, foster a positive workplace culture, and improve retention across the organization. This is a mid to senior level role, ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal employee communication related to engagement activities.
• Analyze employee feedback and work with leadership to implement improvements.
• Organize and manage events including birthdays, milestone celebrations, learning sessions, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
• Partner with HR to support employee surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs.
• Develop reports on engagement metrics and suggest data-driven strategies.
• Create and manage budgets for engagement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and integration efforts for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence with employees to foster trust and openness.
