Job Identification

We are looking for an Engineer to be part of our Supply Chain Team in Karachi.

What We Expect

1. Ensure the product and package quality remains at the required quality by the organization. Custodian of Quality related records.
2. Responsible for the product release based on quality results
3. To oversee line start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure that the product is within specification
4. Manage the daily quality reports from the quality control staff and take corrective measures if required. Carry out tests specified in daily quality plans and work plans within the assigned department
5. Update the corrective actions plan which has been developed after conducting quality audit.
6. To check accuracy and condition of testing equipment on a regular basis and to guide lab staff accordingly.
7. Ensure date code policy implemented. Retention samples are well kept and records available
8. Consumer response survey analysis & report to management
9. Make inspection of incoming raw material. In case of any dissatisfaction arises due to the quality matters pursue the suppliers if required
10. Ensure the effective Implementation of quality & food safety established systems during production
11. Ensure compliance of all safety and environment as per established procedures and specifications

Qualifications

A four-year engineering degree, preferably in Chemical or Food Engineering, or a master’s degree in applied chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Food Science.
