ERP Business Consultant

Sanaullah & Co., a leading tax, corporate, and financial advisory firm with 15 years of excellence, is expanding its horizons into IT solutions with the launch of a new venture focused on ERP and business transformation. As part of this strategic growth, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking ERP Business Consultant to play a key role in shaping our ERP implementation and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

ERP Implementation & Strategy

• Lead the development, customization, and implementation of ERP solutions across financial, supply chain, and business operations.
• Develop and execute ERP strategies to align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial and corporate processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
  
  

Solution Design & Development

• Develop requirement and functional documents to guide and assist in ERP development matching the need with modern technology and solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and taxation requirements.
• Assist in development and implementing reporting dashboards and automation tools to streamline financial analysis and decision-making.
  
  

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end ERP project implementation, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of ERP solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring business continuity.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with finance, supply chain, HR, and IT teams to ensure smooth ERP development.
• Guide and mentor internal teams on best practices for ERP implementation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall business efficiency.
