ERP Consultant

About the Role

The ERP Consultant will be responsible for managing, implementing, and overseeing all Zoho-related projects across our internal companies. This role serves as the strategic point of contact for ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency. While prior Zoho experience is preferred, we value strong ERP acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset above all.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Zoho ERP implementations and integrations.
  
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
  
• Coordinate with Zoho support and third-party vendors where applicable.
  
• Optimize system performance and recommend process improvements.
  
• Provide training and ongoing support to users across companies.
  
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of proven experience in ERP implementation and consulting (Zoho experience is a plus, not required).
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend automation opportunities.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.
  
• Self-starter.
