ERP Development Consultant

Sanaullah & Co., a well-established tax, corporate, and financial advisory firm with 15 years of excellence, is seeking an experienced and visionary ERP Consultant to design, develop, and lead the development of an ERP/Accounting software platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in enterprise-grade applications, a strong understanding of accounting and ERP systems, and the ability to manage a team of developers to deliver a high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly product.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Define the architecture, technology stack, and development roadmap for the ERP/Accounting software.
• Lead the development of key features such as accounting, inventory management, payroll, CRM, and reporting modules.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, modular, and adaptable for future enhancements.
  
  

Software Development

• Oversee the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop core functionalities like double-entry accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and reconciliation.
• Implement mobile-responsive designs for cross-platform compatibility (web and mobile).
  
  

Team Management

• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve complex challenges and bottlenecks.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Head of IT and Managing Partner from time to time.
