- Ensure system compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.

- Act as a liaison between ERP and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Collaborate with external vendors or third-party providers for system support when required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of ERP experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth understanding of ERP systems from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Demonstrated experience across the ERP implementation lifecycle—requirements gathering, configuration, testing, rollout, and support.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS, and integration protocols (APIs, EDI).
- A strategic leadership role in ERP transformation
