Estimation Engineer

Overview:

WinBid Estimation, a reputable firm, is on the lookout for skilled individuals well-versed in material takeoff, with a robust understanding of project and bid management. This role offers the chance to be part of an esteemed team within a vibrant and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

2. Technical Proficiency: Adept at interpreting bid documents and technical drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets for precise calculations and graphical data analysis is essential. Experience with PlanSwift and handling PDF plans is also required.

3.Experience: 1+Years of hands-on experience in the US estimation field is preferred.

4. Skills: Strong project management capabilities to effectively oversee construction projects. Knowledge of bid management processes and cost-controlling strategies.

Software Skills:

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Google Sheets, PlanSwift, and PDF plans management.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing construction projects and effectively managing bids as part of the team.

Salary and Compensation:

A competitive salary range of Rs 70,000.00 to Rs 130,000.00 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
