About The Role

are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team in the promotional products

industry. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating project specifications,

determining production costs, and preparing accurate quotes that ensure profitability and client

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project details and collaborate with the sales team to determine scope and

requirements.

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and production

time.

Obtain competitive pricing from vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Maintain a cost database, updating pricing regularly based on market changes.

Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to align on project costs and

timelines.

Monitor budgets and support cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Propose cost-saving strategies and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related

field.

Proven experience in estimation, preferably in the promotional products or

manufacturing industry.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel and estimation software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of production processes and vendor negotiations is a plus.
