Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Planner to design, coordinate, and execute impactful virtual and professional events. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in managing events from planning to execution. Candidates with prior event management, corporate events, or team management experience are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage virtual events such as webinars, online seminars, and digital conferences.
  • Coordinate with speakers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Set up and manage platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
  • Promote events through digital channels, registration systems, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee event logistics including creative assets, attendee communication, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate interactive features like Q&A sessions, polls, breakout rooms, and live chat moderation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-event performance reports to improve future events.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end event management, operating with independence and accountability.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in event planning, event management, or corporate event coordination (virtual or on-ground).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with digital event platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
