Resource Management:
Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing across projects.
Track resource availability and utilization to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with project teams to address resource-related challenges.
Monthly org structure updates
Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain Project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Daily Reports: Change Management, Problem Ticket Management, Incident Management
Weekly Reports: Operational Status Reports, Vendor Management Operations, Efforts Tracking, RTO Tracking, Timesheet Tracking
Monthly Reports: Assets and Product Licenses tracking, On-Call Support Calendar
Stakeholder Coordination:
Facilitate communication between project teams, senior managements and other internal departments.
Arrange project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Project Governance & Compliance:
Support the implementation of governance policies, processes, and templates.
Monitor project compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s related degree
Experience: 1 to 2 years in PMO, or similar role.
Must have skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Good to have: ServiceNow, and ITIL Concepts knowledge.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Work Environment:
Office-based role, requiring coordination with multiple teams and departments.
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high stakeholder engagement
