We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Insights Research Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote position will focus on successfully executing customized quantitative research studies for clients based in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire research lifecycle, from questionnaire design and project management to data analysis and basic report writing, while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards with support from the Project Manager. Candidate will report directly to the Project Manager or Senior Executive and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned responsibilities are conducted to time and quality expectations
- Ensure thorough understanding of and compliance to Nielsen’s research processes and workflow
- Support manager on day to day project execution of quantitative research projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversee all stages of the research process, including project setup, questionnaire design, link testing, fieldwork, data collection, and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal support and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely and proactive communication with partner divisions like data processing, data collection, Vendors & Other Nielsen Offices to facilitate smooth project execution
- Ensure that materials to Ops & other support teams are sent on schedule and thoroughly checked for errors
- Proactive communications during project lifecycle to managers /clients as appropriate e.g. status report updates, highlighting database issues etc.
- Write Analysis plan & develop charting templates
- Effectively brief charting & tabulation teams on the project requirements
- Checking the data tables and charts to spot errors
- Drafting reports & commentaries (basic level)
- Attend client presentations with the manager to support as required
Qualifications
- Ideally a university degree in related fields (Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Business Management)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Market Research industry is preferred, however, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Those with strong /good competency in Maths or Statistics will have an added advantage though not necessarily a requirement
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
- Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics
- Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
