Accounts Receivable Management:
- Act as a finance business partner for Partnerships, Corporate, Fintech, Shops, and other functions.
- Manage and resolve disputes between clients and the company related to financial numbers.
- Possess a solid understanding of revenue accounting principles.
- Own and manage the corresponding entries in the financial systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain productive relationships.
- Work closely with different teams and system support teams to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational, and reconciliation processes.
- Have basic knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SQL to support day-to-day operations.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement improvements in business processes and practices surrounding recoveries and revenue streams.
- Process adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support month-end close reporting activities.
What you need to be successful
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions.
- Process-oriented, with a strong understanding of both financial and operational controls.
- Comfortable working with both manual and automated processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors.
