**Job Title:** Market Research Analyst (Remote)

**Job Type:** Performance-Based Monthly Compensation  

**About the Role:**  

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team as Market Research Analysts. You will assist in identifying and engaging professionals for client projects. This role suits proactive, detail-oriented candidates interested in developing research and communication skills while working remotely.

**Compensation:**  

• Monthly compensation based on submissions and performance  

• Additional incentives awarded for successful milestones  

• Full compensation details will be shared during the hiring process

**Working Hours:**  

• 9 hours per day (including a 2-hour break), aligned with UK business hours

**Key Responsibilities:**  

• Connect with industry professionals through approved communication channels  

• Screen and engage potential experts based on project needs  

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

**Requirements:**  

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation  

• Updated LinkedIn profile preferred  

• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer  

• Not currently a full-time student or full-time employee  

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
