What is Expert ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer)?

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Software Engineer (Oracle Fusion Developer) with 5 - 8 years of experience in ERP application development on latest tech stacks, and a strong working knowledge of Oracle OIC and Oracle Databases. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a 'can-do' attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on both Windows and Linux platforms.

The role reports directly to the Manager ERP/BPM and has zero people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 4 team members.

What does Expert ERP do?

• Develop and maintain integrations & applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, Oracle native RPA
• Design and automate ESS jobs and business processes
• SFTP-based inbound and outbound data flows in Oracle OIC Platform, ATP Databases
• Handle real-time and batch integrations across Oracle Fusion modules and external systems
• Work closely with functional and audit teams to support and enhance Oracle ERP systems.
• Write optimized and scalable database code using PL/SQL, T-SQL, and Stored Procedures.
• Maintenance of on-prem Oracle EBS R12 system.
• Design and automate recurring tasks into jobs, scripts, and scheduling workflows
• Manage Oracle PaaS platform i.e. resources, users and roles, security checks and controls

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert ERP?

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecom, IT, or related field
• Solid understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and modules
• Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• ATP Database, VBCS, APEX, Oracle Fusion Native RPA & AI
• ESS jobs framework
• SFTP-based data integrations
• Oracle EBS R12 development
• Linux / Windows OS
• Strong command of SQL and practical experience with Oracle Database and others
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing Stored Procedures, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic understanding of Big Data Technologies i.e., Hadoop Ecosystem
• Good understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automations)
• Exposure to DevOps practices or automation frameworks.
