ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

To be a brands operations expert for BAT Category & Deployment teams by engaging in Strategic & Operational level projects of APMEA WEST. Primary responsibilities include project management and establishing timely completion of deliverables. The candidate should have the learning agility of acquiring knowledge about brand management and product management for all BMP projects. The individual is also required to be able to encourage trust, build vision, implement best possible strategy and have potential to keep synergy within team and other stakeholders across.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Coordinate & champion the BAT operations process and associated system across functions, driving best-practice, ensuring full audit compliance (Decision Rights, Protocols, and the HIVE system usage) for all assigned product/packaging & NPI project Track and manage all vendors payments and enlist new vendors in the system
• Develop & implement accurate briefs enabling packaging development, product diagnostics/development, consumer research, performance tracking, NPI and procurement.
• Effective cross-functional stakeholder management to facilitate delivery of core business priorities
• Ensure adherence to governance protocols related to product, packaging & comms development (LEX, EMF cycle deliverables, IBG/RSU, RPC, EM LT)
• Ensuring blocking issue within time for NCLs (MESA & NA)
  
  

Essential Experience, Skills, And Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Project Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Project Management.
• Capable of managing complex agendas with multiple stakeholder interactions.
• Comfortable navigating challenging situations and adept at problem-solving through collaboration.
• Effective communicator with adaptable communication styles and strong relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in time management.
• Attention to detail.
