Job Description:

We are currently hiring skilled Exterior Demolition and HVAC Demolition Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have experience in safely demolishing building exteriors and HVAC systems, working in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Perform exterior demolition tasks, including dismantling building facades, removing structures and debris safely.

Demolish and dismantle HVAC systems including equipment, ductwork, and mechanical components.

Operate demolition equipment and hand tools effectively and safely.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, secure job sites to prevent hazards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Identify materials for recycling or disposal in compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in demolition work, specifically exterior building demolition and HVAC system demolition and removal.

Familiarity with HVAC components such as ducts, chillers, air handling units, and related mechanical equipment.

Ability to operate power and hand tools related to demolition and HVAC trades.

Knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA regulations.

Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to read and interpret building plans, schematics, or demolition plans is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering or the relevant field with proven post qualification experience.

Certification or formal training in HVAC technology or demolition.

Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.

Proven work experience on construction or demolition sites.

Awareness regarding US building codes.
