FEMALE RECEPTIONIST

REQUIRED SKILLS:

We are seeking a polite, well-presented female Receptionist to manage the front desk of an IT Incubation Center and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, startups, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors professionally
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and reception area
• Coordinate meeting rooms and support events
• Provide basic information about the incubation center

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Prior front-desk or receptionist experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Proficiency in MS Office

Skills:

• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
