About this opportunity:

Ericsson welcomes you to apply for the role of an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Expert. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the policies, programs, and requirements for EHS within our organization. We place a strong emphasis on fostering a sustainable safety culture and promoting employee well-being, and you will play a crucial role in driving these initiatives.

What you will do:
  • Define, deploy, and support EHS targets, risk management policies, incident management processes, procedures, guiding documents, and programs related to EHS and overall employee well-being.
  • Take responsibility for meeting EHS requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficiency across operations.
  • Assist in the implementation of our EHS strategy, and address deviations through appropriate corrective actions.
  • Act as an enforcer of legal compliance within our environmental, health, and safety frameworks.
  • Offer support to Ericsson's EHS leadership on complex issues and challenges.
  • Aid in the development of EHS competence across the workforce.
  • Represent our EHS initiatives both within the organization and to external audiences.
