INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Finance & Audit Executive to join our Finance and Accounts team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. What You’ll Lead And Deliver

• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, treasury, and tax reconciliations in alignment with global and local policies.
• Ensure timely financial closing and reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Work closely with finance teams to maintain accurate ledger accounts and balance sheets.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and address all audit queries.
• Ensure timely completion of internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance financial reporting systems.
• Develop and update financial policies and procedures to align with best practices.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and calculations as per OECD guidelines.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and invoiced in compliance with agreements.
  
  

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

• Fresh CA Finalist / ACCA Qualified (with articles completed).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience (including articles) in Audit and Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, Companies Act 2017, Income Tax Ordinance and regulations. Should have strong will to learn new laws for filing of local companies worldwide.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
