We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function at Carpe Diem. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of proven experience in finance management within IT or technology-driven companies. This role requires expertise in taxation, IT-related finance frameworks, compliance, and financial systems. The Finance Manager will be responsible for driving financial planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth with accurate financial insights.

• Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, SECP requirements, and IT industry financial frameworks.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to support organizational objectives.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and working capital effectively.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
• ⁠Provide strategic insights to leadership through financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• ⁠Utilize financial software/ERP systems for data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting.
• Mentor and supervise finance team members to ensure high performance and compliance.

• ACCA qualified with 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance roles, including managerial responsibilities.
• Prior experience working in IT companies or large organizations is required.
• ⁠In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and IT-related finance frameworks.
• ⁠Proficiency in financial management software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
