Purpose

The person will be responsible for reversals/correction of billing transactions and posting of financials transactions in G/L accounts.

Education

Bachelors preferably Masters

Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Finance & Distribution processes.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance.

Competencies

Area Of Responsibilities

• Scrutinizing & processing billing related consumer complaints within defined TATs.
• Verifying eligibility of consumers registered in amnesty schemes and processing rebate after proper analysis.
• Verification of documents for reversals shared by business for processing.
• Raise objections and revert cases to business for clearance of objections.
• Review and processing of all settlement cases.
• Preparing monthly reports for submission to all stake holders.
