The Catalyst Group is looking to hire a Financial Analyst for its client, Savills, a global real estate service provider.

About Savills

Savills, a global real estate service provider with 40,000 professionals in 70 countries, has operated in Pakistan since 2007 with over 45 employees in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. They offer Strategic Consultancy, Transactional Services, Valuations, Project Management, and Facility Management across residential, office, hotel, retail, and industrial sectors.

The Strategic Consultancy team handles market research and project feasibility for local and global clients, providing exposure to global teams and best practices. The Transactional Services team, the company's largest revenue line, offers solutions like agency services and investment advisory, managing high-value transactions for HNWIs and multinational corporations in FMCG, Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analyst, for Consultancy & Transactional Services, to join our growing teams in Karachi and Lahore.

Location: Karachi/Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial feasibility reports and comprehensive project reports
• Conduct market research for various projects
• Engage with stakeholders throughout project life cycles
• Perform primary and secondary research for Savills Global
• Manage and analyze data
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, investment banking, or private equity
• Proven track record in financial modeling, including proficiency in techniques such as DCF, IRR, NPV, and scenario analysis
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including research, data analysis, and report writing
• Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders effectively and build strong client relationships
• Applicants from finance, economics, or related fields with strong relevant skills are encouraged to apply
• Background in real estate is ideal but not required
• Proficiency in financial modeling concepts such as DCF, IRR, NPV, etc.
• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
