At Lumina, we are hiring for talented Financial Analysts to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about investment analysis, financial modeling, and working on exciting projects in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Lumina is a North American real estate advisory firm that specializes in investment analysis, financial modeling, asset management, and accounting for real estate developers and investment firms.

If you have:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience

· Up to 2 years financial analysis and modeling experience, with a background in investment analysis, equity research, or private equity

· Advance knowledge of Excel and a passion for real estate investment analysis

· Expertise in creating investor presentations and offering memorandums
