Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA inspectors, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and supplier operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the execution of quality control checks on incoming ingredients, finished products, and equipment.
• Analyze quality data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance practices, food safety protocols, and company standards to all relevant staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across the team
• Work closely with restaurant management and staff to address quality and safety concerns and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with supply chain and vendor management teams to ensure the quality of raw materials and products
• Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance and compliance to senior management
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelors degree in food science, biology, or chemistry or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety within the QSR industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as FSSC, HACCP, or SQF (Safe Quality Food) are preferred.
