Job Identification

We are looking for a Foreman to be part of our Plant Team in Gujranwala.

What We Expect

• To manage the daily work distribution of the operators to fulfill the demands from production planning.
• Ensure that the machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions and procedures are followed for quality and efficient production.
• Manage product changes according to the procedures.
• Perform daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of the production lines, solve breakdowns, and record them in accordance with related procedures.
• Ensure cleaning and order of the working area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules.
• Participate in internal audits and GMP practices and ensure corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.
• Ensure that wastes are separated at the source and taken to waste areas.
• Ensure that failure/stop records of the machinery and equipment are kept in SAP. Report nonconformities and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Make necessary raw material and auxiliary material requests.
• Ensure SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems are used properly.
• Follow and support the development areas of operators.
• Monitor the annual leave and overtime of the operators.
• Ensure timely maintenance of machines to improve LE and yield.
• Work to improve EUR and WUR at the line.
