Job Identification
We are looking for a Foreman to be part of our Supply Chain team in Gujranwala.
What We Expect
- To make the daily work distribution of the operators to realize the demands from the production planning.
- Ensure that the machine, process and quality assurance work instructions and procedures are followed for quality and efficient production.
- Manage the product changes according to the procedures.
- Perform daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of the production lines, solve the breakdowns and record them in accordance with the related procedures.
- Ensure cleaning and order of the working area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules.
- Participate in internal audit and GMP practices and ensure corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.
- Ensure that the wastes are separated at source and taken to waste areas.
- Ensure that failure / stop records of the machinery and equipment are kept in SAP.
- Report on nonconformities and take corrective and preventive action.
- Make necessary raw material, auxiliary material demands.
- Ensure SAP, TREX, pallet barcode systems are used properly.
- Follow and support the development areas of operators.
- Follow the annual leave and overtime of the operators.
- Ensure timely maintenance of machines to improve the LE & yield.
- Work to improve the EUR & WUR at Line
