About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial forecasts, in-depth analysis, and actionable insights.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Analyze business performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations
- Prepare monthly management reports and executive dashboards
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial inputs and support planning cycles
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial impact of business decisions
- Monitor key financial metrics and present findings to senior management
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and profitability analysis
- Assist in cost control and expense tracking across departments
- Enhance financial reporting processes through automation and standardization
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for planning and analysis
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/ACCA/CA Inter/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
