Position Overview
Orbitor IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Bidder to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in writing compelling proposals, and a strategic approach to winning bids. Candidates with a background in WordPress will be given preference. If you have a passion for sales, business development, and client relationship management, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
--Identify and bid on relevant projects across freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
--Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
--Negotiate project requirements, pricing, and deadlines with potential clients.
--Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
--Build and manage strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
--Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the freelance industry.
--Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
--Track bidding performance, conversion rates, and refine strategies for improved success.
Requirements
--Proven experience as a Freelance Bidder, Business Development Executive, or Sales Representative on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
--Strong understanding of IT services, including website development, app development, and digital marketing.
--Candidates with a background in WordPress development or WordPress-related projects will be preferred.
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
--Ability to craft persuasive and customized proposals.
--Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
--Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales pipeline management.
--Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
--Basic knowledge of project estimation and pricing strategies.
--Must be available to work onsite at our office.
