The training aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of control valves, focusing on design, sizing, selection, troubleshooting, and best practices for inventory and spare management.

The training aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of control valves, focusing on design, sizing, selection, troubleshooting, and best practices for inventory and spare management.
Training Objectives
- To gain in-depth knowledge about control valves in designing, sizing, and selecting the right valve for specific applications.
- To understand installation best practices, servicing, and maintenance of valves.
- To develop troubleshooting skills for control valves using OEM software tools.
- To adopt smart approaches for inventory and spare parts management.
- Introduction to Final Control Element and Control Valves
- Types of Control Valves and their applications
- Control Valve components and parts
- Sizing and selecting Control Valves using OEM software
- Installation best practices
- Valve servicing & maintenance techniques
- Spare parts and inventory management
- Basic troubleshooting of Control Valves
- Upcoming advancements in Control Valves
- Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineers
- Professionals working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer industries
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in sizing, selection, and troubleshooting of Control Valves using OEM software tools.
- Proven industry experience with Control Valves in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer sectors.
- Prior association with recognized training institutes and strong delivery skills.
