Responsibilities
- Arrive well in time @ 9:00 am.
- Greet and welcome incoming customers & guests.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and redirect them to concern Business unit/Concerned person.
- Receive letters, packages etc. on the counter desk.
- Maintains neat appearance of reception area, requests housekeeping services as needed.
- Monitor office receiving supplies and prepare (Good Receiving notes) GRN.
- Keep GRN records and files updated.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- To arrange the reservation of meeting /conference room (as and when required)
- Receiving and sorting daily mail with respect to respective Business units.
- Provide back up and manage out going and incoming mails (distribution) during absence of mail room executive.
- Periodically inspects reception area equipment (Time stamp machine) to ensure good operating condition. Arranges equipment service as needed in coordination with the facilities team.
- Reporting any health and safety Hazard to the facility supervisor for immediate resolution.
- Minimum 3-4 Years of working in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree should have excellent presentation and communication skills , Computer Literate. Experience of working in excel. Should be capable of working in MS power Point
